Unable to Connect to the Parallels Account Server

Hello,
I can;t setup my parallels mobile. A msg says :Unable to Connect to the Parallels Account Server:
I've verified that the correct link is setup in the library/... *.xml file, and that the Parallels apps is set to allow under the mac firewall. I've already reset my passwords, and got the latest update.


any other ideas?
 
Same problem

I've been trying for three days to connect to the accounts server - I know that email address and password are correct (I've just used them to log on here) - getting VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
