Unable to copy files from MAC Desktop to Parallel 10 Windows 8.1

Hi - New user here. I'm unable to copy files from my mac desktop to Parallel 10 Windows 8.1. I try to drag them to the windows screen and they just snap back onto the Mac. Any ideas?

Hi Dennis,
Please (re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and check how it works.
