Unable to create Catalina guest

Trying to use the create OSX VM from recovery partition is failing at the very first step install from recovery partition.

2018 Macbook Pro running Catalina 19A501i
Parallels 14.1.3 (45485)
Anyone been able to work around this yet?

Could you create the tech report right after the issue reoccurs and reply us with the report ID, please?

Last night I updated to the latest Catalina beta (19A512f) Now it is producing a more informative error stating that it is being blocked from the recovery image. I have tried with GateKeeper disabled and encountered the same message.

When I open this website most of the times few error occurs and automatically website page turns into 502 not found.

Hey, sorry for the delay in response, I've involved Parallels Engineering team into this case and will continue the issue investigation.
