I have a MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.2 I am using Parallels Desktop 16.1.3 with Windows 10 Home Single Language In the Windows VM, I am trying to install some software (Light-O-Rama, if it is relevant). After the install, when I go to run this program for the first time, it asks me to create a directory to store/retrieve files used by the software. The (Light-O-Rama) software wants to create a directory: \\MAC\Home\Documents\LOR. (which I am fine with as the default) However, I get an error message from the software that it is unable to create this \\MAC\Home\Documents\LOR directory. As a relatively new MAC user, I have no idea how to diagnose and/or fix. Thanks for your help!
