Unable to delete snaphot

hello community!

I wanna resize my virtual machine (Win7) but I always get a error message "Unable to delete one or more snaphots" when trying to configure virtual machine. All snaphots are deleted manually from folder and I tried this merge-snapshot option too. Can anybody help me ?
