Unable to delete snapshot and error 19014

And prl_disk_tool isn't there, which leads me to http://kb.parallels.com/en/10125. Download the latest DMG and open it to find that there is no uninstall icon. Manually deleted everything, installed again, and no prl_disk_tool.

- Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/111736 in order to delete snapshots.
- Uninstall Parallels Desktop 9 : http://kb.parallels.com/116992
- Perform repair disk permissions on Mac : http://www.simplehelp.net/2007/05/14/how-to-repair-disk-permissions-in-os-x/
- Restart Mac.
- Download Parallels Desktop 9 from : www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9
- Install Parallels Desktop 9.
