Previous downloaded file may be corrupted due to some reason, e.g. network connection interruption during download, this file prevents software to be fully downloaded and correctly installed.
Open the following folder on Mac:
/Library/Parallels/Downloads
Look for corrupted file and move this file to Trash.
Restart Download from the Parallels menu.
