Unable to download the Parallels Toolbox Installation Files

Hi,
I've upgraded to Parallels Desktop 14 and have been trying to install Parallels Toolbox for Mac. It installed within the Windows load, but won't download or install on the Mac side. I tried before and after upgrading to OSX Mojave. Now running Mojave. See attached file. Thanks in advance!

I got the same problem and now I finally got the program installed using the attached file in this thread. But when I enter the activation key, I get a message saying that the activation key is too old, even if it asks for a version 13 key and I enter a version 13 key? I used the same activation key to install Parallels 13 and it went well. Why doesn't it work?

Hi, please download and install Parallels Toolbox using this link and then activate it with your Parallels Desktop 13 key.
Please provide us with any results.
