I am unable to download videos from YouTube which are unlisted (i.e. public [not private] but only accessible with a direct YouTube link supplied by the uploader). The YouTube links to the videos I wish to download have been given to me by the YouTube uploader which play fine in YouTube (with or without an account they play fine on YouTube). However Parallels Toolbox is currently unable to download the videos from YouTube. I have tried using the Safari extension as well as pasting the link directly into the tool in Toolbox but neither work. Parallels Support please help with this.
