I just installed fresh version of Parallel Access and try to login to it - but get error. Windows Server 2019

time.is shows:
Your time is exact!
The difference from Time.is was +0.127 seconds (±0.147 seconds).

Error from log:

Also when I try to create support ticket got upload error, and if I click on Support Request button got 404 error for this page: https://www.parallels.com/products/pmobile/pax5-account-support-options-en_US/

Hello, where did you install Parallels Access and what OS would you like to access?

Windows Server 2016, so it not supported.

I am getting this error message (see uploaded file) It states: Windows cannot create a partition on disk 0.
Not sure what else I can do
Please help
