Unable to Expand Disk in Parallels on Win 10, how do I fix?

Hi All,
I went to my Win 10 Virtual Machine and expanded the Disk from 64 gig to 128 gig.

When I go into Windows 10 Disk Manager, though, I see my active partition as 64 gig (C: drive) and I see a second 64 gb partition called "Healthy Recovery". When I right click on this second partition, all I get is a menu that says "Help".

How do I add this extra space to the C:\ drive under Parallels?
