unable to get the activate key due to the wrong email address

    Hello,
    i purchased Paralles Destop fpr Mac on applesotre, during the account creation i wrongly put the email address.
    for exmaple: xxxx@icloud i wrongly put xxx@icoud.com then until now i unable to receive my activate key
    Anyone in the community could help me?

    Since you have purchased your license from Apple Store. We suggest you contacting Apple Support to request them to send you your Parallels Desktop License to the correct email address.
