Unable to install Parallels Desktop 13 Pro Edition for Mac!

Hi,

I bought a license to install Parallels Desktop 13 Pro Edition, and when I started the installer I received this message "Parallels Desktop cannot be started. Please reinstall Parallels Desktop and try again." !!

Well, I'm not able to start the installer, so how come I need to reinstall it?!

Any ideas, tips, hints, please?!

My laptop config:
MacBook Air
OSX El Capitan 10.11.6
Ram: 16GB

Agree with @kat, please download and reinstall Parallels Desktop 13.
