I'm not able to install Parallels Toolbox on Mac OS Sierra. I was able to intall it on my other Os (Windows XP and Windows 11 Pro) on the same Virtual Machine.
Is it possible ? Can anyone help me ?

    Hello,
I have none file with this name : pro.toolbox
The terminal responds :" ... /Library/Logs/prl.toolbox/: No such file or directory"
And I can't find any file with this name.

One idea : before installing Parallels Desk 18 on my MacBook Pro, I had an unused version 14, transferred when I migrated from my Imac to my laptop. (I'm still using version 14 on my Imac). I didn't think to delete this unused version before installing version 18 on my laptop.
In summary, I have a version 14 on my Imac, in use, and on my laptop an unused version 14 and a newly installed version 18.
Could this help me understand the problem I'm having with Sierra?
    Thank you for your help

For further clarification, do you mean you have a Sierra virtual machine and are trying to install Parallels Toolbox on the Sierra virtual machine?

Or are you referring to installing it on the host machine?

I have 3 virtual machines : Sierra, Windows 1 Pro and Windows XP installed on Parallels Desktop 18. Parallels Toolbox works properly on Windows XP and Windows 11 Pro, but I'm unable to install it on Sierra.
This is the way I understand it, is it wrong ?
