I really dont get why it is such a task to install paralells tools to Kali, if i would have known that beforehand i would have used vmware or even the free software like virtualbox.

note: WOW 4h later and still no word from the paralells support.....amazing...NOT.

Thank you for the report provided. I've forwarded it to our development team for deeper investigation. Will let you know as soon as I get any feedback.

this is so ridiculous. still no answer ? are you aware that there are people absolutely UNABLE to use Kali or several other OS ?
This is NOT a minor thing...

So, this is a known issue that's being discuessed in several different threads w/in this forum and many of us have been silently waiting/watching for at least some official update to at the least give us an E.T.A. or some kind of status update.

I use Parallels for work and as others have said, this is not a trivial/small issue. Switching VM providers as mentioned above is a real consideration here, but I don't want to... but if I can't at least get some kind of E.T.A./status update after almost 3 weeks since the last one, I question the wisdom of staying with Parallels.

So _please_ at least give us some kind of official response or a link to some bug/feature tracking system?
