Unable to install Parallels Workstation in Windows

Unable to install Parallels Workstation in Windows 7.

Error:- "Failed to install required files. Installation cannot be continued."

System details: Intel core 2 quad CPU, 2.66Ghz, 4 GB memory, Windows 7, 64 bit, sp1

Steps tried:-

We redownloaded Parallels Workstation.

Once it is downloaded we tried to install it but we were getting the same error.

Now we checked with the downloaded file and it was fine (190 MB).

Now we checked with the system requirements and also rebooted the Windows 7 and then tried to install it but again the same error.

Please help???
 
User permissions?

Just thinking out loud, but are you trying to install using a user profile with limited permissions?
