Unable to install tools on Windows 7 after 9370 upgrade

Hello,
I just upgraded to version 9370 and now, I am now unable to install the tools in my Windows 7 guest.
I get the following message : "An error occurred while installing Parallels Tools. Click OK to restart your virtual machine, and then try to install Parallels Tools again."
I reboot, reinstall and get the same message, endlessly.
I have seen an advice somewhere to uninstall tools first, but they do not exist in Add-remove programs...

Any ideas from Parallel team ?
