Unable to install Windows 10 using Parallels Desktop 12

Hi guys, I bought today Desktop 12 and Windows 10 to start using several windows apps on my mac but unfortunately there's a several steps during the installations process that doesn't let me finished the process. below some screenshot from some errors using a MacBook Pro 2016, 8GRAM, 170HD

any ideas ?????

Hi RafaelO2,
It seems you are trying to use a USB for creating Windows 10 VM. We suggest you download Windows 10 ISO and create a VM easily.

Hi, looks like that your didn't completely install the Windows OS.
Please try to reinstall it and check the issue.
