Unable to load the Parallels driver in OS: Mojavo

July 14, Paralles said I needed to do an update, so I did. Ever since then Windows 10 says "Unable to load the Parallels drivers", support doesn't answer the phone and chat has told me the issue is escalated issue. It has been 21 days now and I still can't get in.
I have tried to go back and load Parallels 14, 15 and get the "Unable to connect to Parallels Service". Does anyone have suggestions?
