Unable to map Mac folders to Win7

I am unable to map my Mac folders to my Win7 folders. Previously I was able to map all but the Documents folder. I then tried to reinstall Parallels tools, that failed to finish and now I cant map any of the Mac folders to Windows. In the sharing section of configuration I have all the boxes checked to map each folder to the Windows folder.

I have tried reinstalling Parallels Desktop and that has not worked. I have found the log from the Parallels Tools installation that failed but am not shure how to read it or find the error?

Can someone offer some advice?

You ned to install Parallels Tools - without them you won't be able to share any content. Use http://kb.parallels.com/8969 in order to reinstall tools
