Unable to migrate SiteStudio settings to Sitebuilder in H-Sphere

Hi,

We are using Hsphere v3.4.1 and our SiteBuilder info is as given below. H-Sphere CP is installed on a Linux server.

We are trying to migrate a domain from SiteStudio to Sitebuilder but gives the following error. The domain in question is hosted on a Windows environment whereas the same works like charm for any account hosted on linux.

Does SiteStudio to SiteBuilder migration work for a Windows domain hosted on H-Sphere Control Panel installed in a Linux environment with Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder for Linux/Unix?

Any thoughts on this?
