Unable to move license to new Mac

I recently purchased a 1-year license for Parallels 17.
I made the purchase on SurfSpot.nl
I am trying to move my license to a new Mac but it is telling me I can't because it is registered to a different account. Problem is; I never had to create or specify an account when buying the license.

How do I link the license to my account or move it to my new Mac?

Hi! I replied to the message but nothing seems to be happening. The trial version on my new Mac ends soon so I would like to transfer my license asap.
