Unable to move parallels from old computer to new computer

Hi team

My old MacBook died and I am trying to move Parallels to the new one. I have successfully moved it across to the new machine however when I try and activate the new unit I get the 'Unable to confirm the product licence' even though I have signed out of the old machine.

Hello CharlesM3. Please provide the version of Parallels Desktop and the last three digits of the license key that you are trying to activate.

It's Parallels v11 and the last 3 digits are 99M.

I have reset the license key. Please try to activate now and it should work.
