Unable to Open Disk Image Boot Camp

Almost every time I launch Parallels from the Mac desktop, I receive an error message "Unable to Open Disk Image Boot Camp." I then close down the launch and re-launch; on the second try, it almost always launches correctly. How does one fix the initial hiccup?
