Unable to open Excel since 11.0.2

First of all, excuse my English, i'm French

So, i can't open Excel or a .xls since i upgrade to 11.0.2. (It's the same with Word)

It work without pb before, upgrade is the only thing done to my computer.

The Start menu of Windows 10 isn't working anymore, the Coherence mode is not available...

Since the upgrade from 11.0.1 to 11.0.2 lots of things are wrong...

Please help me
