I am very frustrated in attempting to connect to parallels. I have worked extensively with apple care today and they were unable to help.
I am using el capitan and I have purchased parallels 11.
Any tips/help would be MUCH appreciated!!

you may face this issue if a master boot record (MBR) or a boot sector is corrupted.
Plz follow the steps mentioned in the article and let us know how it works.
