Unable to re-activate license key after migrated to new MacBook

1. Try to de-activate the old MacBook but failed
2. Old MacBook reset
3. Still unable to activate on new MacBook

Please reset my license key

Please help to reset my license key as I failed to deactivate my license key on my old machine and the old machine has been erase all content and reset.

I do have my license key but when unable to re-active..due to already registered on another machine
