   my license for vs 17 expired annam unable to buy or get new code. can i purchase code for vs 19 and use for vs 17? i do not want to upgrade to vs 19.

   Indeed, you can activate Parallels Desktop 17 or Parallels Desktop 18 with a permanent key from Parallels Desktop 19 and newer versions correspondingly.
