Unable to "Reinstall parallel tools" for coherence mode

Hi,

I am trying to get coherence mode for my Mac Yosemite and Windows 8.1.
I read that reinstalling parallel tools would solve my coherence mode issue. From what I understood is that I need to click on "Virtual Machine" then "Reinstall parallel tools" but I don't have those options in the menu bar. This is how my menu bar looks like:
