Unable to reinstall version that matches my license

Hi,

So after an issue with windows getting stuck in a loop and preventing me running any of my windows apps, I deleted and reinstalled parallels.

Unfortunately, my license is only for 18, but when I try and reinstall it automatically installs 26, and won't let me continue.

Any way to download 18? Or am I forced to pay for a new license I dont want or need? Surely I should be able to continue using the version I paid for, it was a one time purchase and not a subscription..

Thanks for any help, parallels has worked pretty well for me the past couple of years until thids afternoon.

I have now installed and activated successfully from the link above.

The original problem - "Let's cross this one off your list - The next update is ready ... etc...." came back immediately, but looks to have solved itself and updated (previously it just locked up).
