Unable to renew....

My licence has expired and I'm unable to renew...

When I click on "Payment options" and "Proceed to payment options", I'm redirected to a link with a captcha that just send me an email to reset my password....
 
I have the same problem. Clicking renew says the renewal would take some time, but nothing happens (for weeks!). Clicking on payment options, etc. sends an email to reset the password. I cannot renew my two expired licenses, and I cannot request support because I am not a registered paying user.
