Unable to resize (increase) HDD of WinXP-SP3 VM

I have Parallels 6 Desktop on Leopard. I'm not able to increase the size of WinXP-SP3 hdd. When I'm trying to edit the size the message pops-up that this VM has one or more snapshots and recommends to delete them. However there is NO memory snapshots. Any clues/suggestions are appreciated.

I have the same problem. Using the Snapshot Manager, there are no snapshots. There must be a way to delete them manually from the PVM contents but nothing I have tried yet has worked. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
