Unable to resume suspended Windows 7 on Mac OS 10.6.8

I use Parallels Desktop in my Mackbook Pro and every time I want to restore my Windows 7, it reports an error, with the error ID of 41.

That is, I suspend the windows execution by Parallels and then I tried to resume the suspended machine.
I always receive error "41" and I have to stop the machine and boot it again.

Any ideas?
