Unable to start Eudora in 10.6.8 after update to 11

I'm no longer able to start Eudora in 10.6.8. with my own settings. Eudora settings is a 92 kB "Preference document" in 10.11.5. However, in 10.6.8 under Parallels, in the alias folder, the same file is a zero kB Unix Executable File.

 

Problem solved by starting Eudora via an alias of Eudora Settings (in 10.6.8). In my configuration Eudora (the program) is, of course, in 10.6.8 but all my files are in 10.11.5 for easy backup. The files in 10.11.5 are reached from 10.6.8 via an "Eudora Folder alias" under Documents i 10.6.8. (It is no longer possible for me to start Eudora directly)
