Unable to switch to Coherence. The Parallels mouse synchronization service...

Bit poster
I just upgrade my Mac to Monterey 12.3.1 and ever since I can not switch to Coherence view mode. I get this message:

Unable to switch to Coherence.
The Parallels mouse synchronization service is not started. Reinstall Parallels Tools and try again.

We I have reinstalled tools twice and it fixed nothing. I can not enter Coherence.
