Unable to type text in Lync 2013 when running Win 8.1 in Coherence mode

Hi All, (especially Parallels Support)

When running Windows 8.1 in Coherence mode, I lose the ability to type text in a Lync 2013 Windows. Cursor flashes in the field, but no text can be typed. Exiting coherence allows typing to resume.

Anyone else seen this issue, and if so, found a work around? Parallels Support, is this a known issue?

I have the same problem in Lync 2013 and in Outlook 2013 running in Coherence mode as well. It is intermittent though, I can type for a few hours and then suddenly am unable to. Is this the behavior you're seeing? Rebooting the application is a workaround until it occurs again.

Parallels 10.0.0 (27675)
Host: OS X 10.10 (14A329r)
Guest: Windows 7 with all updates applied
