Unable to unsubscribe

Hi I'm trying to unsubscribe Parallels before the annual renewal in 11th Sept 2024. I am unable go to the page "View and Manage subscriptions and license" for some reason.
I've been trying to contact support via twitter to fix this but haven't got a response.

RESOLVED. I have been able to access Manage subscriptions area, therefore successfully turn off auto renewal. Thanks
