Unable to update Parallels Tools in Windows 7 X86 after update

I am running Parallels 13 Desktop (ParallelsDesktop-13.2.0-43213) and had failure to update Parallels Tools on my Windows 7 X86 virtual machine.
and I reboot my Windows 7 X86 VM to reinstall Parallels Tools, it is again failure to update.
Would you please to help? Thank you, William X.
