Unable to update payment to renew subscription

I'm trying to activate an expired subscription due to invalid payment. Whenever I try to access payment options, I get booted to a page like this. Trying to enter the verification and click "Send new link via email" doesn't work. I never receive the email (checked all inboxes including spam folder).

Hello,
The email used to registered your Parallels Desktop license is not the same as the billing address.
You are receiving the email on the billing address instead which is no more valid, thus the emails are being bounced.
