Unable to use Transported XP Machine to VM

not good that it didn't help, but I am afraid code is changed in OEM installation, so it is better to install new VM, and maybe to perform backup restore, or User State Migration

 

Thank you again John for helping me. I'll try a User State Migration. Aside from transporter, I use Parallels extensively and I'm looking forward to the new server version release to use.
