"Unarchive" not appearing in MacOS System Systems, Privacy & Security, Files & Folders

Hello. I am having an issue using the "Unarchive" tool that is part of Parallels Toolbox that indicates it does not have proper permissions. However, Unarchive does not appear in the System Systems, Privacy & Security, Files & Folders as I believe it should. Any tricks out there on how to get it to re-appear (to then configure)? Thanks!
