Unauthorized Charge After Subscription Cancellation!

    I'm looking for assistance regarding a charge that appeared on my debit card from Parallels Desktop, despite having previously cancelled my subscription. My account shows that the product is expired, yet it is still running on my laptop, and the money was debited from my card. Please issue a refund ASAP as per my EU PSD2 consumer rights.

    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
