Uninstall App generates continuos error message box

Hi,

After Mac OS X Catalina upgrade, when I launch Uninstall App from Parallels Toolbox, it shows endless error messages until I reboot my machine saying (translated from Spanish to English):
  • "com.parallels.toolbox.UninstallAppsHelper" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software
I've tried to uninstall and install, but the problem persists.

Hello,
try to remove this file (it is a helper for Uninstall Apps tool):
Code: 
/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.parallels.toolbox.UninstallAppsHelper

If you launch Uninstall Apps tool later then the tool will ask you to install this helper again.

I removed the file and launched the Uninstall App and now I don't get the error message and the Uninstall App seems to be working OK (but it didn't asked me to install the helper and I don't see the file in the folder).
