Uninstall Apps crashes when scanning for apps

When I click on the Uninstall Icon, it opens, but as it scans and lists the apps on my MacBook it then crashes/dissappears with no error message.

I've tried the usual of rebooting, and I don't see anything in the console that looks like an error code.

I've a few apps I'd like to remove, so help would be appreciated.
