Uninstall: How to completely uninstall

I am having some problems with my first installation and want to completely uninstall and start over. When I run the Uninstall and then reinstall I still see the same virtual machines I had before. I assume somewhere the system must be hanging on to the definitions. I want to take the system back to as if Parallels 3.0 had never been installed.

Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro: OS X 10.5.2
Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac

Run the installer they have in the disk image, then search for .hdd and .pvs and delete those files.
