Uninstalling Parallels Desktop 15 without Deleting the VM

I'm wondering if it's possible to uninstall Parallels without deleting the virtual mechine? I want to reinstall the same of the pro version later, and I would like my VM (Windows) to be at the same state I left it.

Can someone help me with that? If it's possible...

Hello, you can simply move your Parallels Desktop app to the trash and all of your VMs will be saved.
You can also make a backup copy of your VMs before uninstall/reinstall/upgrade of your Parallels Desktop copy.

Where can I find my VM folder? To back it up. Am I going to reinstall Windows after reinstalling Parallels or is it gonna stay there?
