Running Windows 10, not the Creators version, with Parallels 12.1.3. I've been having trouble with Windows 10 booting very slowly, 5-6 minutes, and so I would like to uninstall and reinstall Windows 10. This is a fresh install of Windows 10 and according to Tom's Hardware a fresh install can not be removed, is that true? I've spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to reinstall or "refresh" Windows but nothing I've found works- thinghs they tell you to do simply aren't available in my system... What is my best course of action? Have I told you that I hate Windows 10 and Parallel's interface to it?

Hello DavidJ5, you can uninstall Windows 10 but before uninstalling Windows 10, I'd suggest you to create a proper backup of your Windows files and data. You may remove the Windows from Parallels Desktop control center http://kb.parallels.com/5029 and reinstall it as suggested in the article
