Hello, I am writing here because my support ticket was escalated to an agent who denied my refund request for an accidental auto-renewal (Order# 538214576). I was offered a 3-month extension instead, but I do not use the software anymore, so this solution does not help me at all. The charge happened very recently and I haven't touched or used the software since. I just want to return the license and get my $119 USD back. Could a forum moderator please look into this case and grant a one-time exception? Thank you.
