Print spooler went to 100%. Restarting spooler cleared the high utilization.

Try to go to the console
Select Universal Printer category
Disable Universal printer for that server, press Apply
Reenable it and press Apply again

Disable/Reenable Universal Printer

That was done. Now we are restarting the print spooler daily.

2X Support responded with the following.

If this is a problem with Universal Printing, the most likely cause is a faulty installation or corruption of the TS Agent. This can occur if the server experiences network trouble or (about 25% of the time) if the TS Agent is installed remotely- using the 2X Console vs. installing it on the TS directly.

If the spooler is going to 100% it seems that one of the printer driver is not working correctly. 2X universal printer driver relies on MS generic driver so it is unlikely that it is the caus eof the problem.

What other printer are being used?
Did you notice any other issues in windows event log?
