Universal Printing---2 copies = 4, 3 copies =9

We are experiencing a problem with 8.1.

When a client prints from a PDF and selects more than 1 copy, the user will get double that.

If the client selects 3 copies, 9 will print out. The copies are selected on the main print screen where the "2x universal printer" is selected.

This was experienced on Windows XP,7 on the 8.1 client.

We did however NOT see this issue on the older version of 2X 6.0. This worked just fine. Is anyone else getting double the amount of copies when using the universal printer?

This worked great. I upgraded to the lated 9.x version on both my main server and backup server without any problems.

I am now able to print just 2 copies and not have 4 come out.
